Obeikan Rigid Plastics: Obeikan Rigid Plastic Packaging is the regional‘s leading manufacturer & supplier of high-quality rigid plastic packaging products for the food, beverage, dairy, industrial, home & personal care industries. Its product range comprises all forms of rigid packaging, namely injection molded PET Preform, injection molded closures, extrusion blow molded bottles, stretch blown PET bottles, label & shrink sleeve implementation as well as extrusion plastic tubes with offset printing, hot stamping, & labeling.

Maintenance Team:

-Mechanical & Electrical Technicians

1)      Mechanical Engineer with five years’ experience/ diploma with 10 year experience.

2)      Familiar with TPM (total productive maintenance) and autonomous maintenance.

3)      Familiar with plastic industry technology (Blow molding, injection, flexible and extrusion).

-Mold Technicians

1)      Mechanical Engineer with 15 years’ experience in mold repair and overhauling.

2)      Familiar with plastic industry technology (Blow molding, injection, flexible and extrusion).

-Lean Specialist

1)      Industrial engineer with five years’ experience

2)      Experience in Lean, operation excellence program

Production Team:

-HDPE Supervisor

1)      10 years’ experience at supervision position in HDPE blow molding (extrusion and injection). Familiar with HDPE profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

-HDPE Process Engineer

1)      10 years’ experiences at process engineer in HDPE blow molding. Familiar with HDPE profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

-HDPE Senior Operator

1)      5 years’ experiences at supervision position in HDPE blow molding. Familiar with HDPE profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

-PET Blow Molding Supervisor

1)      10 years’ experiences at supervision position in PET blow molding (Krones). Familiar with PET profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

-PET Senior Operator

1)      5 years’ experience at supervision position in PET blows molding (Krones). Familiar with PET profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

Quality Team:

-Quality Technician

1)      5 years’ experience at supervision position in PET blows molding (Krones). Familiar with PET profile adjustment, waste controlling and troubleshooting process.

Supply Chain Team:

-Technical Buyer

1)      5 to 10 years’ experience in overseas procurement preferable in plastic industry.

Obeikan Flexible & Film Packaging: Obeikan Flexible & Film Packaging as a major supplier of flexible plastic materials to package a wide range of products including food, beverage, industrial, and home & personal care applications. Obeikan Flexible & Film Packaging specializes in manufacturing sophisticated coextruded blown and cast films.

Production Team:

-Flexible Packaging Ink Specialist

1)      5 years’ experience in Ink mixing, quality, color matching optimization processing flexible packaging industry with Chemist qualification.

-Bag Making Senior Operator

1)      10 years’ experience in diaper bag making process (preferably Lemo machine).

Obeikan Commercial Printing: Obeikan Printing is the largest Offset & Sheet feed Book printing in Middle East, Obeikan Printing is producing School Book, Qur'an and other related to Offset Printing.
